Introducing the new Mail Arrival Notification feature for Quiltt! This feature allows staff to easily notify residents when their mail has arrived for the day, improving communication and efficiency within the community. Once mail has been received and sorted, staff can simply log into Quiltt and send a notification to all TVs and mobile devices, letting them know that they have mail to collect. Historically, media has been shown in the order in which it was uploaded. As an operator and user of Quiltt, we heard that you want the ability to manually sort the order of the media on mobile & signage. The order of media files on mobile and signage is also set to reflect the order in the admin portal. To sort the order, just drag and drop while clicking on the six dots in the upper right corner of the media entry.
Want to show an online exercise class on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 11am, we've got you covered. The new media scheduling for Quiltt allows you to specify days and times you want each media item to play on digital signage and/or mobile.
Now print the weekly calendar from a list view. Simply select List > Print. Choose your paper size, font size, and theme and then print or download as a PDF.

Most of the time, we'll have you up and running within an hour from receiving all the necessary community information including contact information, images of the community, logo, reservation schedules, integration credentials, and admin users. As soon as we activate your community, you will have the ability to add users, activities, meals, media, and more. From there, it's up to you how quickly you want to roll it out to residents, family members, and staff.
We offer three different plans, Essentials (free-forever), Pro ($499/month/community) and Enterprise (varies based on your specific situation). The best part about the pricing of our assisted living software is that there are no limits on the number of users and, for Pro and Enterprise subscribers, all of the new features we develop are added to your plan at no additional cost. We hate getting "nickel and dimed" and we promise not to do it to you.
